Our Market Management team administers a certification program that ensures suppliers operate with professionalism, transparency and efficiency.

Property Management
  • Properties are inspected regularly and well maintained
  • All advertised amenities are present and functioning properly
  • Properties/rooms are professionally cleaned prior to guest arrival
  • 24/7 emergency assistance will be available to guests via local telephone
    • In case of emergencies including but not limited to: utility breakdowns, power circuit failure, flooding, loss of water, loss of keys; a contact will be available to assist guests in resolving issues; attempts to resolve issues will be made immediately.
  • Private properties are fully equipped to support self catering
    • Kitchen should contain at least a fixed stove & oven, fridge & freezer, cutlery, crockery, cookware, and cooking utensils sufficient in quantity for the advertised maximum occupancy.
  • At least one set of clean bath towels (per guest) and linens (per bed) will be provided
  • Guests are provided with clear procedures for locating the property, checking in, and checking out
Business Operations
  • You are legally entitled to offer short-term rentals
    • You adhere to all local legislation that permits you to provide short-term rentals in the regions where you operate.
  • You have a direct relationship with the property owner
    • Your are in direct contact with property owners and have their permission to market their properties.
  • You manage the rental transaction
    • You directly handle guest inquiries, rental agreements, and payments.
  • You will pay 10% commission for new bookings
    • Applies to all bookings originating from within MetaMarketplace.
    • You agree not to advertise or otherwise publicly market any property (including its listing on any website controlled by you) at a lower price.
  • You will provide accurate listing data and keep it up to date
    • Including: Property descriptions; property and location information; rates for all bookable periods; details and costs of included and additional staff and services; property availabilities.
  • You will make all reasonable efforts to respond to guest inquiries immediately
    • You agree to respond no later than 24 hours.
